Fees

Full tuition is required the first night of class. Payment can be made by cash, check, money order, Visa/MasterCard/Discover (no American Express). You must, however, phone in your registration so we can have the appropriate numbers of materials on hand. 

 

Broker Pre-Licensing Course Fees
Broker Pre-License Topics (75 hour class) - $450
            Home Study - $350
Broker Pre-License Applied Real Estate Principles (15 hours) - $200
            State law does not allow home study for this course
Take both courses from Information Professionals and get $100 off

Students must start and finish the class (pass the final exam) within 6 months of their original start date. Students failing the school examination will have 2 additional attempts to pass a final exam within their 6 month period.

Transfers

A student is allowed one transfer into another class within 6 months of their original start date for a $35 re-registration fee based on available space in the class. The student is responsible for the payment of any costs necessary to update their course materials. After 6 months, the then current tuition and text fees (if needed) will be charged.

Refunds

All refund requests MUST BE IN WRITING.

After the first day/night session and before the start of the second day/night session, the student is entitled to a prorated refund, less the $35 registration fee. NO REFUNDS ON TEXT BOOKS

Homestudy students have 14 calendar days from enrollment to cancel and request a refund to be applied in the same manner as in-class students.

Broker Manager Classes - After the first class and before the start of the second class, the student is entitled to a prorated refund less a $35 registration and cancellation fee. NO REFUNDS AFTER THE SECOND CLASS. NO REFUNDS ON TEXT BOOKS.
