Mr. Killian is deeply involved in real estate on many levels. He holds a Masters Degree in Real Estate from Roosevelt University and a BS in Civil Engineering with an enviromental concentration from Southern Illinois University.  

Rich is very active in all aspects of the real estate business owning a title company, mortgage company and a real estate brokerage company. He also owns Environmental and Demolition Contractors, Inc. which is licensed for mold, asbestos and lead abatement.

Rich is licensed as Illinois Mortgage Licensee, an Illinois Continuing Education Instructor, Illinois licensed Real Estate Broker and is registered as an Illinois Business Broker.

Rich has been teaching on environmental subjects for the past several years for Information Professionals.
