General Information License Requirements Course Outline Schedule

 

Loan Originator classes are held in Midlothian/Oak Forest in the Mid-Oak Plaza. The course has been designed by Tim Rice and Julie Bibbs with just two goals in mind: getting candidates to pass the Illinois Mortgage Originator licensing exam and increasing the mortgage lending skills of those already in the business. The course stresses the two areas of failure of most test candidates: federal and state regulations and finance math using the Texas Instruments BA-II financial calculator. The calculator is provided with the course. 

With changes in Illinois law requiring the testing and licensing or mortgage originators, Information Professionals has used its time tested methods to create the class necessary to prepare candidates for the Illinois Mortgage Originator exam.
