 | Mr. Reilly brings many years of experience to the classroom.
He has taught for Information Professionals since 2000.
He also is an instructor at Northwestern College teaching business and
labor law.

| Mr. Reilly is a State of Illinois
Licensed Real Estate Broker and is a licensed continuing
education and pre-licensing instructor. He is also
a approved by the IDFPR to teach Broker Management.

Mr. Reilly was formerly the Northern Illinois Director of Real Estate at a
major oil company.

| For a number of years before retiring, he was
engaged in the private practice of law with an emphasis on real estate.

| Mr. Reilly is a graduate of Loyola University in Chicago where he received
both his Bachelor of Science Degree and his Juris Doctorate degree.
