 | Mr. Reilly brings many years of experience to the classroom. He is the
main instructor for Information Professionals Homer Glen branch classroom
and weekend instructor in Midlothian. For several years Bill taught at
Information Professionals Joliet Branch. Information Professionals is
fortunate to have Mr. Reilly now running the Homer Glen
Branch.

| Mr. Reilly is a State of Illinois Licensed Real
Estate Broker, Certified Residential Appraiser and is a licensed continuing
education and pre-licensing instructor.

Mr. Reilly was formerly the Northern Illinois Director of Real Estate at a
major oil company.
|
| For a number of years before retiring, he was
engaged in the private practice of law with an emphasis on real estate.
|
| Mr. Reilly is a graduate of Loyola University in Chicago where he received
both his Bachelor of Science Degree and his Juris Doctorate degree.
